Naturopath, Nutritionist, Natural fertility expert and mother of two with over 20 years of clinical experience both internationally and in Melbourne, I’m lucky enough to say that I love my job. Helping women better understand their bodies and helping them with hormonal disorders such as PMOS, endometriosis, perimenopause through to menopause etc, is what I love to do.
If having a baby is part of their plan, helping them fall pregnant even in difficult health situations is my true passion. After struggling with my own fertility challenges I know first hand the difficulties and stress that couples face when challenged with fertility issues. True understanding and communication is key to guide and educate you about your health challenges.
I work closely with GP’s and IVF specialists and always strive to for medical integration, so you can have the best information from both streams of health.
Striving for your optimal health through herbal medicine, nutrition, diet prescriptions and life style advice, your journey is my priority; I aim to empower you with the information you need to maintain your health every step of the way. Its so important that health changes are realistic and achievable for you so I individualise treatments and make them adaptable to your lifestyle, together we can achieve very positive results.
The most important thing in health care is to help you understand your own body and take back control of your health, vitality and over all wellbeing.
