Working with me

Women’s Hormonal Health

Our hormones are constantly changing throughout our lives, and for some women, these changes can bring a whole range of symptoms that affect how they feel day to day. Whether it’s troublesome PMS, severe pelvic pain, irregular cycles, fertility challenges or the transition through perimenopause and menopause, there are ways we can work towards better hormonal health at every stage of life.

I believe that even small, realistic changes can make a meaningful difference. My approach is to look beyond the symptoms and understand what may be contributing to them, rather than simply treating each symptom in isolation.

Testing can be an important part of this process, helping us build a clearer picture of your overall health. Depending on your individual needs, this may include general blood tests, hormone testing when appropriate, microbiome tests or nutritional and mineral assessments to identify possible deficiencies.

By putting all these pieces together, we can develop a personalised treatment plan that considers your hormones, nutrition, lifestyle and overall health. Through a combination of dietary changes, lifestyle support, herbal medicine and targeted supplementation where appropriate, my aim is to help you better manage your symptoms and feel more like yourself again.

Some of the hormonal health conditions and challenges I particularly enjoy working with include:

  • PMOS formerly PCOS
  • Endometriosis
  • Fibroids
  • Ovarian Cysts
  • IVF support – Low AMH, poor IVF responders, poor egg quality, stress support.
  • Infertility
  • Preconception preparation
  • Menstrual charting
  • Pregnancy support
  • Gestational diabetes
  • Recurrent miscarriage
  • Post pregnancy support – maternal health, breastfeeding support, fatigue support
  • Infant health
  • Male factor infertility

  • PMS Symptoms

and all the rest that comes with hormonal upsets ! If you want to really get to the root cause of your hormone imbalances book in with me to explore it together.
